Raven likes and trusts Jaina so much. I was thinking the other day that the fact that they started off kind of rocky actually helps a lot, because he doesn't feel like Jaina has an idealized view of him as a good person (the way that, say, Spitfire does), so he's a lot more willing to believe she understands him when he tells her things about himself. The fact that she argues with him or tells him when she thinks his decisions are dubious also helps a lot. Because Raven knows he's made bad decisions! So he is really not comforted when people just tell him he did his best and everything is okay. SOMETIMES IT'S NOT OKAY. And he appreciates that Jaina clearly knows that.
Also he gets a lot of second-hand enjoyment out of talking to her about or helping her with her mechanics. He doesn't get a lot of it obviously, but SHE CLEARLY IS VERY DEDICATED TO IT AND ENJOYS IT A LOT. Which is a thing he has not really... ever been with anything of his own accord. But he loves seeing it in other people and helping them with it where he can.
So yes, Jaina has somehow become the person he talks to about a certain class of Things. And he is pretty happy with this setup.
